Eligibility to vote

Voting is available only for categories and periods explicitly configured for public voting. Voters must satisfy the active verification model and acknowledge voting rules and privacy notice before finalizing a ballot.

Ballot behavior

Where policy permits, a voter may save and return before the deadline. Finalized ballots are locked, receive a receipt, and may not be duplicated under the configured identity rules.

Integrity controls

Balloture may apply rate limits, anomaly monitoring, invalidation workflows, correction records, and audit exports that verify totals without unnecessarily exposing voter selections.
