A nomination may be started by the nominee, an authorized representative, or a third-party nominator where the category permits it. The submitter must identify the role used and maintain authority to provide materials, credits, media links, and rights statements.Required materials
Submissions must include category selection, work title, eligibility statement, credits, asset-rights statement, contact information, required category answers, and any optional approved video evidence. Missing, misleading, duplicate, or unverifiable materials may be returned, withdrawn, rejected, or escalated.Deadlines and drafts
Drafts may be saved until the configured deadline. The authoritative program time zone is America/New_York unless the active award year configuration states otherwise. Deadline-boundary behavior must be tested before launch.Audit trail
