Information is used to operate nominations, eligibility review, voting, jury scoring, ceremony publishing, press access, support, security, fraud prevention, audit exports, corrections, accessibility assistance, and privacy-conscious analytics.

Sensitive workflows

Voter selections, jury notes, reviewer notes, private submission details, sealed results, embargoed press materials, and incident records are restricted by role and must not be exposed through public pages, search, metadata, or public exports.

Retention and rights

Drafts, submissions, ballots, jury materials, logs, and public records follow the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. Account deletion and data access requests follow the Account Deletion and Data Request Policy, subject to audit, legal, and public-record obligations.
