Balloture may accept YouTube or Vimeo links, including unlisted links where permitted by the submitter and provider terms. The platform should store the URL, identify provider type, preview it for reviewers, and block unsupported provider URLs unless an administrator approves another method.Rights and permission
The submitter must confirm authority to share the linked video for awards review, jury evaluation, audit, and any separately approved press or archive use. A link does not transfer ownership to Balloture.Captions and transcripts
Where video evidence is used for review or public/press presentation, captions, transcript, or equivalent accessibility support should be provided or formally waived by an accessibility owner before launch use.Restricted handling
