Press access may require verified identity, outlet, assignment purpose, contact details, and acknowledgement of embargo, asset, correction, and access rules.

Embargo handling

Embargoed releases, media, ceremony notes, and result materials may be accessed only by authorized press or staff and must not be published before the stated release time or written authorization.

Sealed results

Press kits must not contain unrevealed winners, sealed citations, internal scores, voter selections, jury notes, or control-room data before publication approval.
