Submitted assets

Submitters must provide owner, credit, permissions, restrictions, expiration, and approved uses for each asset. Balloture should retain rights metadata with each public record and media asset.

Permitted platform uses

Unless a final agreement states otherwise, approved assets may be used for eligibility review, jury scoring, nominee/winner records, newsroom coverage, press kits, ceremony presentation, accessibility support, and historical archives according to the submitted rights statement.

Corrections and takedowns

Rights corrections should preserve a dated audit note where possible. Urgent legal, safety, or privacy issues may require temporary restriction while reviewed.
