Incidents may include security compromise, personal-data exposure, upload or video abuse, voting anomaly, jury access issue, result leak, wrong-order reveal, livestream outage, accessibility failure, press embargo breach, or archive correction emergency.

Response workflow

Balloture should triage severity, preserve evidence, restrict affected access, activate delay or maintenance messaging, notify owners, document decisions, and coordinate legal, security, accessibility, communications, and executive review.

Result escalation

Outcome-critical incidents should pause publication or trigger rollback until authorized reviewers approve the next action and record the reason.
