Balloture recognizes eligible cultural work within the active program year, category definitions, geographic scope, premiere window, crediting rules, and any fee or documentation requirements published before account creation.Category criteria
Each category may define discipline, accepted work types, evaluation criteria, public-voting status, jury scoring model, media needs, and retirement/archive behavior. Category retirement must not delete historical records.Review decisions
Reviewers may approve, request changes, reject, withdraw, disqualify, merge duplicates, or escalate contested eligibility. Decisions should include a rules-version reference and privacy-safe message to the submitter.
