Conflicts to disclose

Conflicts may include employment, recent collaboration, financial interest, family or household relationship, advocacy role, active dispute, sponsor influence, or any circumstance that could reasonably affect independence.

Handling conflicts

Balloture may recuse the person, reassign entries, restrict materials, reopen a locked score with authorization, or add an audit note. Other jurors' scores and private notes should not be revealed during recusal handling.

Staff and ceremony conflicts

Editors, awards administrators, ceremony operators, counsel, and auditors should disclose operational conflicts before content, eligibility, result, or reveal decisions.
