Requests

Users should be able to request access, correction, export, restriction, deletion, or support review through account or help workflows. Balloture should issue a case ID, verify identity, track owner and status, and communicate outcome.

Limitations

Some records may be retained or redacted where needed for public archives, award integrity, security logs, legal holds, audit evidence, voting records, jury records, or dispute handling.

Communications

Operational notices about request status are separate from marketing consent and should remain available even if optional updates are disabled.
